Preamble
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) apply to all transactions made via the website Conscious Dancing. Any purchase implies full acceptance of these T&Cs by the client.

Pricing
Prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and/or Australian dollars (AUD) and are valid at the time of order confirmation. Conscious Dancing reserves the right to modify prices at any time.
Order Process
The customer follows the online booking steps outlined on the site. Once the booking is confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent automatically.
Payment
Payments are made by credit card via a secure online payment system.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with French consumer law (Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code), the customer has a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of order.

Cancellation and Rescheduling
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. After this time, the session will be considered due and non-refundable.
Refund Policy
A full refund is possible if the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. No refund will be issued after that time.
Liability
Conscious Dancing cannot be held responsible for the client’s personal experience or misuse of the services. In any case, liability is limited to the amount of the order.
Intellectual Property
All content on the website (texts, visuals, logos, videos) is protected by intellectual property laws and remains the exclusive property of Conscious Dancing – Léna Corgne. Reproduction or use without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
